| Qualified Senior Accountants - BERMUDA - TAX FREE earnings Our client, a global financial and accounting services firm is seeking qualified accountants to join their Client Services Outsourcing department. The role of the senior accountant in the co-sourcing department is to service the short term needs of the company’s clients. These needs arise principally due to short term staffing shortages and special projects. The co-sourcing staff are seconded typically for periods of one to three months to work at the client's office under the client's supervision. Frequently the initial period of the secondment is extended by the client and there have been instances where the co-sourcing staff have worked at clients for over a year. Most of the clients are in the financial services industry - typically banks, insurance companies or mutual fund managers. Skills and Qualifications: • ACA, CA, CPA, ACCA qualification or nearly qualified. • Minimum 2 years of audit/accounting/industry experience. • High degree of competence with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Excellent written and oral skills • Excellent presentation skills preferred • Ability to work independently and supervise others • Outstanding people skills with the ability to work with all levels. This role allows you to build on your already successful career whilst giving yourself an opportunity to live on a very real island paradise. This paradise increases in appeal when you combine it with an attractive annual salary of $70,000 US Dollars plus paid overtime and a bonus based on individual performance. Remuneration package also includes comprehensive medical and life insurance. Relocation assistance to Bermuda is provided to include paid economy airfare ticket and temporary accommodation once landed. Whilst no income tax exists in Bermuda there is a 4.75% payroll tax which is levied on earnings.
