Hedge Fund Accountants - BERMUDA - TAX FREE earnings We have several leading global hedge fund administrators, for the alternative asset management industry, who are seeking applicants to fill all levels of Hedge Fund Accountant positions. The positions are located in numerous jurisdictions such as Grand Cayman, Bermuda, Canada and Dublin, Ireland. These companies are committed to quality information, technology, and processes to satisfy the demand placed on a fund administrator by hedge fund managers and investors. The successful applicants must be self-motivated with a finance industry focus. Key Responsibilities: Provide a full range of fund accounting services to hedge fund clients, including NAV preparation, reviewing corporate actions, verifying security pricing, performing cash and security position reconciliations. Provide a complete range of fund administration services to hedge fund clients and investors, including anti-money laundering compliance procedures and liaising with managers, brokers and custodians. Provide superior customer service to hedge fund managers and investors Participate in various system initiatives and projects Qualifications: Completion of undergraduate studies with a focus in finance, economics or accounting ACA,CA,CPA,ACCA,CMA accounting qualification Accounting experience or background in hedge/mutual fund accounting is valuable Insurance/reinsurance knowledge is an asset Exceptional PC skills, with strengths in the Microsoft Office suite of products a definite asset Strong time management and organizational skills and a dedicated team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills This is an opportunity to be part of any one of these established and innovative companies, focusing on providing clients with first class, high end fund administration services.
