Customer Service/Bookings Manager (Bilingual) We require a bilingual Customer Service/Bookings Manager to assist with our day to day clients and also to expand our business within the tourism industry. Creating & making tourism bookings. The ability to speak/read & write in at least three languages, one of which must be English plus French, German or Spanish is essential. At lest 3 years customer service experience and marketing products and services is essential. Knowledge of the tourism industry/Taupo is also essential as our client base is highly focused on overseas visitors as well as locals. Translating/Interpreting documents, computer systems and conversations into English and assiting customers with basic computer problems within the Internet Cafe is a major part of this position along with marketing our business services locally within the local community and tourism sectors.
