Creative director The international creative agency has the opening for Creative director Requirements: Higher education. Work experience with international and local clients at the creative agency at least 5 years. The candidate should have awards at recognized international festivals such as Cannes Lions, Golden Drum, Golden Hammer, EPICA Awards, New York Festival; ability to generate creative ideas and present them; Ability to inspire, to awake somebody’s interest, to motivate; Strong knowledge of modern tendencies of the advertising industry Knowledge of marketing; Successful managerial experience at the position; Fluent English Main responsibilities: Production of ideas and creative strategies Control over their realization Guidance and coordination of creative department Teaching staff Personal characteristics: Mature, enthusiastic, charismatic personality with sense of taste
