| MICROSOFT SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER - AUCKLAND BASED AUCKLAND BASED IMMEDIATE START NZD 70,000 TO 80,000 PER ANNUM Auckland Inner - Ref. JFT2009016 With multiple .NET and Sharepoint opportunities around the marketplace - it will take a special role to tempt you into applying. Cutting through all of the crapola, this role is only suitable for someone who has done the yards in a development shop and now wants to work in a smaller team with a project focus and minimal goal post shifts. We are looking for a Developer with a few years under the belt who wants to work with a team that doesn't have its turnover in the high 20% bracket - or where you have contractors working next to you who are getting 50% more with 30% less competence. Here is a team of permanents (ie no contractors!) and the attitude is "deliver the best we can!" They have a portal project and a product project - and the team works across both streams - so you don't get stuck on a client site working on the same project for two years with your manager thinking "utilisation" rather than career development. The company is a Microsoft Gold Partner - so they know what they are doing. Do you? The salary on offer is NZD 70,000 to 80,000 per annum - but everything is negotiable if you have the talent.
