Our global client requires a Senior Technical Consultant To provide technical consulting and advice to customers; execute technical aspects of CRM implementations including estimation, design, development, testing; mentor other technical consultants; "quality" initiatives, e.g. contribution to the CRMKM knowledgebase.


Responibilities include:

- Planning, high level design and detailed design of required work products
- Coach new recruits. Transfer knowledge to new recruits and delivery team members.
- Advise customers and accounts, up to project management level
- Perform internal and external design reviews on work products of substantial scope
- Direct the successful delivery of substantial work products, such as a complete workstream

You will have:

- Good level of understanding of one overall area (e.g. Billing, CRM).
- Is able to articulate business benefits of the software.
- Billing or CRM knowledge from an alternative product is very useful.
- Broad IT knowledge. Software design and development experience
- Broad and deep IT knowledge. Software design and development expertise in one of more current languages.
- Relational database theory and physical design. - Experience of most common architectures and integration techniques.
- Very good knowledge of client and server platforms.
