Role The role of the Consultant is to participate on project teams in the delivery of telecom solutions. You will work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist in the design, analysis, development and implementation of technical or business processes and solutions; ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction; draw conclusions and present recommendations; and keep team members informed of project status. Responsibilities: • Work with clients to deliver business and technical solutions. • Deliver timely and quality services, ensuring client satisfaction. • Conduct research and analysis, using data gathering techniques. • Analyze information and work on developing recommendations for clients. • Support practice development/sales initiatives. • Maintain personal utilisation targets. • Act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology. Requirements: • 1-3 years relevant work experience • Consulting experience is a plus • Experience in IT integration, telecom billing and CRM solution definition, design, development and delivery. • Expertise in business process reengineering, transformation, organizational design/change management, implementation planning and execution, migration and conversion, testing and/or training helpful. • Strong analytical and leadership skills. • Strong customer facing skills, ability to motivate people, excellent oral and written communication skills, and successful teamwork experience required. • Flexible to travel extensively – 80-100% although we strive to decrease travel • College degree required | |
