With over 50+ people in our Melbourne and Canberra offices and an impressive list of clients, they are one of Australia’s fastest growing and award winning independent interactive agencies. They are currently looking for a full time Flash Games Developer, with a minimum of 2-3 years commercial experience to work on a range of exciting Actionscript 3 projects including online games and cutting edge flash sites. This role will be responsible for: * Developing high quality code in a timely manner * Estimating your project components * Providing input into defining and designing the solution * Following best practice processes * Communicating status clearly and regularly to Project Managers Responsibilities and Duties * Create complex Games and Applications that are of a world class standard. * Work with and push internal development standards and come up with new ways of streamlining production and development efforts. * Collaborate with a highly professional team of Designers, Developers, Account Managers and Project managers to achieve great results for our clients on time and to budget. Qualifications * Good Knowledge of Flash / Actionscript (2 & 3) / XML / Photoshop * Experience with Object Oriented Programming and Flash Game Development * Multi-user Flash Application experience a plus * Hobby games building advantageous Our client has a fantastic company culture with a real emphasis on doing great work but also having fun, personal development of each team member is also focused on.
