| Clinical Nurse Manager Peri-operative Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM), Perioperative -Surgical & Elective Service Considering broadening your nursing/midwifery experience overseas but don’t want to emigrate? Then Lakes District Health Board New Zealand may be offering exactly what your looking for – a 12 month contract with Return airfares and 2 weeks paid accommodation. Opportunities exist for Nurses in a variety of specialties and Midwives who are eligible for New Zealand registration. Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM), Perioperative -Surgical & Elective Service An opportunity exists for a full time Clinical Nurse Manager in the Peri-operative service. The successful applicant will work alongside the Per-operative team to fulfil the accountabilities within this role. The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for effective co-ordination of all resources in line with service requirements. Provide strong clinical leadership and management creating an environment which supports self accountability and responsibility. Communicates effectively and courteously role modelling effective conflict resolution to support the team. Is committed to education and professional development. The role is supported by the surgical and elective service management team that provides an efficient and effective environment for clinical care.
