| Applications Support Person Excellent career development opportunity with company with large IT department and latest technologies. * iSeries AS400 experience * Knowledge of Java API interfaces& XML ideally Do you have a proven track record in Application support? This is your opportunity to become one of two people supporting a large financial application. You will be working with a talented and committed team in a relaxed yet professional environment. Your responsibilities will include: - 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support of major applications - Billing and system parameter maintenance - Customer account investigations - Customer Campaign maintenance - Software vendor liaison - Peripheral systems support. - Special projects SKILLS REQUIRED - Proven Application support of multiple applications - Sound SQL knowledge - Unix Shell scripting skills desirable - Crystal Reports QUALIFICATIONS - Basic to intermediate programming qualification - Relevant Tertiary Qualification in IT - Database Administration or working towards this qualification If you have an aptitude for application support and enjoy a challenging role, please send your CV to Rosemary at De Winter International without delay.
